Mirrorshades - Wrap Up

Ok, so it's done and finished.
I may do a couple of bonus chapters, there's two scenes which I want to do (one I probably need to, the other's just a bit of fun).
For now, questions, have you got any? Did I leave anything hanging that you need wrapped up? Any bits of explaination that didn't make it in? Ask, and you'll get answers, unless it's a spoiler for a future book. :P
What happened to the magic hand mirror? Where in fairyland are they? Who are Patty and MadMax ( I don't think I got the names right. The couple in fairyland.) ? How do they know Ryan? How does everyone seem to know Ryan? How old is Buttercup now?
The hand mirror - gonna do a bonus chapter on that.
Where in fairyland are they?
They're in Patty's barn. >_> I haven't gotten around to naming/mapping out the place yet, sorry.
Who are Patty and MadMax?
Patty's an ex-recruit, and Magic Mike catered Ryan's wedding.
How does everyone seem to know Ryan?
It's just because he's awesome. And really old. :P
How old is Buttercup now?
15-17 is a safe guess.
Reality is a formality.
What happened to Grigori? Did he get in trouble? What's the official story on what happened?
...isn't in trouble, and the official story is something along the lines of a teleportation/retrieval spell going wrong.
Reality is a formality.
Whoever it is that reviews those things has gotta know that it is total bullshit.
I get the distinct impression that the guys upstairs don't pry into things unless they are forced to. They really seem to let a lot slide.
Almost as though, like with some of the recruits, a little rebellion and dysfunction is expected.

It's a possibility. :P

So long as things function the way they're supposed to, they can get away with a lot. Case in point: Taylor kind of...majorly abuses Mags, she's nearly died from training a bunch of times, did die once for a few seconds because he decided to stab her when he woke up from a glitch, and that's without delving into the psychological aspects of all that.
Yet...they operate fine, so nothing happens.
Almost as though, like with some of the recruits, a little rebellion and dysfunction is expected.
They've got emotions, they've got a degree of personal freedom, they're...people, they're going to fuck up sometimes, and that's factored in, just like that margin stores have for shoplifting. :D
Reality is a formality.
What other loot did Stef claim? Just the gold?
There was other stuff, though I think I might do a bonus chapter about it, good idea Y/N?
Reality is a formality.
Y, Y, Oh God Y!
I vote yes!
That's two so far, anything else I need to cover?
Reality is a formality.
...happened? Is it over? WHAT? Is there going to be another book? And then another? And then another? WHAT?!!
Is it over? WHAT?
Well, it looks like I'll be doing a couple of bonus chapters for it, but other than that, yup, MS is done. :D
Is there going to be another book? And then another? And then another?
And another.
And another.
And another.
And another.
And another.
And another.
And another.
And another.
*repeat until dead*
:P
If you check the forums, there's a thread called "reference guide to the future" - it's got a list of the books I've got planned at the moment, 20-something main canon books, and a bunch of standalone side novels.
However, I've also made a promise to do at least 50, so...you'll have content for a good long while yet.
Book #4, however, has already started, and there's...10 ( I think) chapters up.
Reality is a formality.
YYAAAY! Yisssss :P that's all I'm gonna say. Yay :)
In the Reference Guide to the Future, you write that part of the reason Curt and Stef get targeted for extermination is because they have the audacity to think they can leave Agency when no-one leaves Agency. What about Patty being an ex-recruit? She "quit" but is still living....I understand why Stef has to die (agents have no rights and belong to Agency), but why Curt if Patty gets to live?
The Curt/Stef/baby story was the April Fool's day prank for this year! Just ignore it, that's in nooooo way canon. This (http://requirecookie.com/content/reference-guide-future) is the one I meant. :)
Under normal, not-copying-Kill-Bill circumstances, you're allowed to leave the Agency with no problem. (Well, yeah, except for agents).
Reality is a formality.
What did Ryan do to Grigori? Just punch him? That seems a bit..light.
...he got vindication, which is really important for him. :)
Reality is a formality.
