No, I didn't write anything today. Sorry. Busy...and I don't have a title for this novella-thingy, and I need a title before I upload it. >_>
Next, I've made changes to both MS and GE - I've pulled the "crossover" chapters out of GE and placed them into MS where they fit in sequence (after chapter 39) - mainly because, it's less confusing, and the way I had it now really wasn't necessary. In the original plan, there were going to be a lot more crossover chapters, but my plans rarely go according to plan, so I've bent to the will of reality. :P This means that GE is now six chapters shorter and MS six chapters longer.
Next: forum RP - it would be cool to get one of these going. The two choices would be a serious-type story, same sort of plotlines that can happen in canon, compared to RA plots which can involve requring Taylor's outfit into interesting colours. :P
Also probably worthy of note is that in the sensible!RP you're more likely to be playing a recruit or a non-human/half-human character of about Mags' power level, whereas the RA!RP you're fine to be a random agent. :D

I would suggest a framework of rooms, as i mentioned in the poll, that indicate a single agency. Set up some agents that are controlled by a moderator or two (i humbly volunteer). let individual missions be run by people. get a uniform set of stats in place.
also, host it on a different forum system than the one in place for conversation here. I would personally suggest a phpbb because they are easy to set up and maintain. Also, no one would be heartbroken with occasional ads, just saying . cover server costs.
I would also suggest a points system, earned by players, not characters, both to up the character, or buy new ones (earn a certain number, we let you play an agent, or create a new character that is half some fae thing with special powers)
errmm, i really think the white wolf larp system (old system, laws of the night) would be a good one to crib from for forum rp stuff, on a base level.
I would ALSO have a separate subforum to allow random agenting.

All of what you have said is great.
I agree on most parts though the point system would take some work.
I've seen those go belly-up VERY quickly before.
What one person sees as bizarre is the norm to another and what one person sees as the norm is bizarre to another, thus everything is both normal and bizarre. That's logic.
